PEP Report Format Update

A recent change performed by PEP's Development Team to the Market Segment Summary Report has caused the import files to reflect an error "Wrong File Type" or not to import at all. Learn below how to perform a minor update for a successful manual import!

Follow the steps below to avoid manual data entry:

Step 1: Download PEP Reports in .xlsx

• Market Segment Summary
• Hotel Statistics
• Final Audit V2 (Use the version in "List of Reports, NOT in Dynamic Reports)

Step 2: Update the Market Segment Summary Report

• Open the report, follow the steps in the attached video, save the file. 

Step 3: Manually Import all (3) PEP files as shown in the attachment. 

• Import > Upload/Import PMS > Upload > Choose Files > Upload > Import
