Inn Flow uses SmileID to capture employee punches on the time clock app, in order to record their hours worked. Once per year, employees are prompted to consent to having their photo taken and stored. If they consent and click "I Agree", they’re clocked in. If they decline, they must discuss with their supervisor and use manual punches until they consent. In this case, their Inn-Flow login credentials will be used to capture punches.
