How to Map Paylocity Positions in Inn-Flow

Payroll Position Mapping Configuration

Paylocity is unique in requiring you to map Inn-Flow positions (e.g., Banquet/Catering Manager, Executive Housekeeper) to the corresponding ID within Paylocity. This can be done by navigating to the Payroll Position Mapping tab on the Departments & Positions page.

For the next step, you will need to have a list of Job Codes from Paylocity. If you are not the admin of your Paylocity system, please request the Job Codes from a colleague who has the appropriate permissions.

Using the Job Codes from the Paylocity account, go through each position in Inn-Flow and ensure the Payroll Company Position matches the corresponding Paylocity Job Code ID. This ensures employees are mapped to the correct Paylocity position when imported.
