Within Opera Cloud, please run the below reports for 3 recent days (preferably high occupancy nights) using the step by step instructions below:


The three night audit reports needed in xml format are: 


  1. Trial Balance
  2. Manager Flash
  3. Market Segment Report (also called Day/MTD/YTD Statistics Report)
    1. Here are the parameters for the Day/MTD/YTD Statistics Report.

      Ensure NOT to include Unused Codes, Day Use Rooms or No-Show Rooms.

      Group by Market Group.

      Subgroup by Market Code.




Within Opera, run the below reports and save these in .xml format. You may need to manually email them to yourself in XML format first, then save the files accordingly.

 

  1. Trial Balance (save the file as trial_balance)
  2. Managers Report (save the file as manager_report)
  3. Market Segment Report (save the file as stat_dmy_seg)


This report should be generated with all settings below:


Save these in the format specified above and send these to your Implementation Specialist via the task assigned.
