Accounting - Client Access for Inactive Hotels
Users can now view and export data from Daily Activity for hotels which have been made inactive, or have limited subscriptions. For these, Daily Activity Entry page will be read-only, however file viewing, downloading, and export options remain available for historical file access.
Accounting - Operating Statement for Operators – Main Group Logic Changes
Within Accounting > Chart of Accounts, Main Groups created by the user will now be excluded from the Operating Statement for Operators if the group is moved below the “Replacement Reserves” main group in the ordering configuration.
To update the order of your Main Groups, go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts > COA Classification, and click into a non-fixed COA. Then, beside the Main Group dropdown menu, click "Change Order".
