Accounting - ePay Enhancements
- Pending Payment Visibility – Pending ePay batches now display in the Register tab while still processing, giving teams real-time visibility into pending activity and net balances.
- Editable COA and Descriptions During Processing – Users can now make chart-of-accounts or description updates while a payment is in “Processing” status, preventing delays from locked invoices.
Accounting - Daily Activity Enhancements
To provide users with additional clarity on the Daily Activity Import Process, new pop-ups now display after Auto Import Errors are mapped, or the Re-Import data button is selected.

Business Intelligence (Accounting Dashboards)
New reconciliation icons in Deposit Audit to clearly indicate reconciled vs. unreconciled entries. For more information on this feature, see article: Business Intelligence: Deposit Audit

Labor Management - Payroll Export Foermats
- New PRISM HR Payroll Export – Added new export format to support customers using PRISM HR. Users can now select this format on the Payroll Export or Payroll Export Code Mapping pages and map pay codes just like existing formats. The export file includes employee identifiers (Payroll ID or SSN) and department COA values for seamless import into PRISM HR.
- Update to Heartland Payroll Export – For customers with Heartland as their payroll provider, Inn-Flow now includes the COA on the export file so labor costs can be attributed to departments in Heartland automatically.
Update to Vendor Management Document Types– You can now attach an “Other” document type to any vendor, including contract labor vendors. This gives you flexibility to store additional documents—like W-9s, insurance, or agreements—directly within Inn-Flow, keeping all vendor information organized and easy to access.

Labor Management - Reporting Enhancements
- New PTO Liability Summary Report – Provides visibility into PTO balances and dollar-value liabilities by employee and property. This report supports accrual reconciliation for HR and Accounting teams, particularly useful during property sales or transitions. Includes options to filter by date, group, or individual property, and display data by hours, minutes, or decimals.

- Overtime at Risk Report – Scheduling Added – This frequently requested improvement allows users to schedule recurring delivery of the Overtime at Risk report for proactive monitoring.

Labor Hours Variance Report – Display Options – Added a setting to toggle between variance shown as a percentage, decimal, or hours/minutes, improving clarity for general managers.

Business Intelligence (Daily Flash)
- Updated Daily Flash dashboard legend to include a dotted line and improved labels for last year and two-year variances, making variance interpretation clearer across all flashes.
Mobile App - Schedule
- Inactive Employee Visibility Fix – When an employee is marked inactive or has no hotel-level assignments, their profile no longer appears on the mobile “Scheduled for Next 7 Days” view, reducing confusion for managers and staff.
Facilities Management - Usability & Interface Enhancements
- Users can now edit Location fields (Name, Notes, Active status) directly within Facilities → Locations without needing Administrative access.
- Increased the Work Order description limit from 500 to 2,500 characters to allow more detailed context and troubleshooting notes.
- The Daily Digest email link now routes users directly to the Facilities Overview page rather than the general Login screen for faster access.
Facilities Management - Data Accuracy & Validation Improvements
- Added validation indicators for missing or invalid fields during bulk asset uploads to simplify troubleshooting.
- Added the property code (EHID) to SMS notifications for Work Orders and PM schedules, allowing quick identification of which hotel the message refers to.
Facilities Management - Customization & Minor Fixes Introduced Custom Logbook Categories, allowing properties to define additional entry types (e.g., Cash Log, Vendor Check-In)
