Labor Overview and Time Clock

Modified on Thu, 28 May at 2:23 PM

Use the Labor Overview page (Labor Management > Overview) to monitor today's attendance alerts, view who is clocked in, fix missed punches, and add unplanned shifts — all from one screen.

What You'll See on the Labor Overview Page

The top of the page shows alert tiles for any items that need your attention today. Tiles only appear when action is required. Examples include:

  • Days to Approve — timecards waiting for manager sign-off
  • Smile ID Failures — facial recognition check-ins that did not verify
  • Room Assignments — housekeeping rooms not yet assigned
  • Housekeeping Approvals — housekeeping tasks pending approval
  • Time Off Requests — pending employee requests
  • Payroll Export — payroll ready to send
  • Overtime at Risk — employees approaching overtime thresholds

Select any tile to review and resolve the items inside it.

Time Clock: View Today's Scheduled Employees

The Time Clock section appears below the alert tiles. By default, it shows only employees who are currently eligible to clock in based on their scheduled shift.

If the Time Clock section is empty, no one is currently scheduled to be clocking in at this moment. Click Full Time Clock to see everyone scheduled for the full day.

After clicking Full Time Clock, all employees scheduled for the day appear with their shift times and current status shown as "Scheduled."

Filter the Time Clock by Department, Position, or Name

When you have a large team, use the filter bar at the top of the Time Clock section to narrow the

list.

  • Filter by Department -Click the Department dropdown to select a specific department such as Banquet, Bar, Front Desk, Housekeeping, or Maintenance.
  • Filter by Position - Use the Position dropdown next to Department to narrow further by role within a department.
  • Search by NameType a name into the Search field. The list filters in real time to show only matching employees.
