How do I inactivate a Bank Account?

Bank Accounts can be made inactive if they are no longer needed, from the Register page for that account. 

First, the bank account balance must be reconciled to zero in Inn-Flow. Ensure that the account is $0.00 on the register page, then click the Triple-Dot Menu and select "Edit Account"

Within Edit Account, scroll to the bottom, and switch the Active Toggle to the off position. Then Save. 

Notes: 

• A bank account cannot be made inactive if it is the Primary Account. If this is the case, you'll first need to make another account the Primary account before inactivating. Please contact the Support Team by emailing support@inn-flow.com to create a ticket if you need assistance with this. 
• A bank account cannot be made inactive if there are outstanding Invoices on the Approval or Payments page that are set to be paid from this account. 
• If there have been no associated transactions with the account, we suggest updating the Account Number and details, rather than inactivating.
