How do I add replacement reserves to the Operating Statement?

The replacement reserve values can be set via Administration / Entity Management / Select Hotel.


 

You can select one of the following two options for the replacement reserves:

 1. Percentage: Replacement reserves represent a percentage of Total Operating Revenue.  

 2. Fixed Amount: Replacement Reserves represent a Fixed Amount per month.

 

Replacement Reserves are shown as expense on Operating Statement (For Operators) report. It does not represent an actual transaction.

 

These do not need to be budgeted, as the same calculation using total operating revenue/fixed amount would apply on the budget values as well in the Operating Statement (For Operators).
